The best and the fastest way to reach Rancho Madeirense from the Airport of Madeira, is to take the Express Road to Santana. After the long Tunnel in Santana, drive direction Parque Temātico and up to the Village of Santana. Turn to right at the street cross before Shell Gasoline station up to Pico Ruivo, and drive 6 km to Pico das Pedras and Rancho appears at the right side of you. It is the same entrance as to Queimadas Levada walk and is well signed beside Rancho Madeirense.
